Our Dies Area and Technical Area have teamed to successfully develop R1T2, R1T2.5 and R1.2T2.25 micro-perforations in iron and aluminium.

This new achievement, which redefines our know-how, making us the undisputed leaders in perforated metal manufacturing, consisted of developing a new way of manufacturing the tools used in sheet metal drilling presses.

It is a new process that reduces manufacturing time by 25 to 40 per cent, depending on the die, and improves quality and precision. By doing away with having to carry out successive operations on different machines, we ensure accurate references and verticality.
